Shipping policy

All Skalpi orders ship from the United States. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery times
Rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you choose.

Economy — 5–8 business days — $4.90
Standard — 3–4 business days — $6.90

Orders over $50 ship free by Economy. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout — you don't need a code. Standard shipping remains available on orders over $50 at its usual rate if you'd like your order sooner.

Larger or heavier orders may be quoted at a different rate; the exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. We aren't able to guarantee carrier delivery dates.

Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
If your tracking hasn't updated in several business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at team@skalpishop.com and we'll help sort it out.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional postage may apply.
